Jovoya Pty Ltd ("us", "we", or "our") operates the GoalsHi Applications (“Mobile Applications”). This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use and disclosure of personal information we receive from users of the Mobile Applications, Websites, Services, Functionality or Features associated with these Applications (Collectively called “Application/s”)

A. COLLECTION & USE
(I) The information you provide to us: We may collect and/or store some or all of the following information you make available to us for example like Information you provide when you contact us or provide while registering with us or subscribing to us.

(II) Information collected automatically: Like most web-based services or Applications we may collect and store additional information automatically, for example
*Device, Log & Mobile information: For example like device settings, hardware version, type of mobile device, device event information such as crashes, mobile device’s unique ID, IP address, operating system, browser type, file and software names and types, device identifiers, battery and signal strength, details of how you used our service, mobile carrier
Information about how you use the Application, for example, the number of times you use the Applications 
*Location information: we may collect and process information about your geographic location for example through GPS, WiFi, or Bluetooth signals
Information collected through cookies and other similar technologies

We recommend that you check your device and Application settings to ensure they are consistent with your preferences, including with respect to the collection and use of information.

(III) Recordings: We have added a special recording feature in some of the Application/s. We do not store the recordings done through the recording feature in some of the Application/s; it is stored on your device and/or may be stored in Apple servers. If you do not wish your recording to be stored as such you should discontinue use of the recording feature and delete all previous recordings you may have done.

(IV) Social Media Services: The Application/s may contain links to third-party social media sites like Facebook, Twitter that is not operated or controlled by us and thus we do not have any control nor assume any responsibility for how they may collect, share or use your personal information.
(V) We strongly advocate that you do not post or share any information through the Application/s that allows strangers to identify or locate you or that you otherwise do not want to share with the public. 
(VI) Use of Information Collected: We and/or our service providers may use the information you provided or that is collected through the Application/s:
*To provide and improve the Application/s for example by developing new features or products or services 
*Customise the Application/s for you and improve your experience 
*To contact you to provide information relating to the Applications/s or related services/products. If you do not wish to receive such communications you can  opt-out by following the instructions described in the emails sent

B. USAGE
These Application/s are to be used under parent or guardian supervision and guidance.

C. SHARING INFORMATION
We may share the information you provide or that is collected in some circumstances as follows: 
(I) Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if:
*Required to do so by law or if requested in response to a subpoena or court order or government requests
*We believe in our sole discretion that it is necessary to protect our rights, property or safety or others users or third parties or the public at large or to prevent violations of applicable laws or to protect against fraud. This includes without limitation, exchanging information with other organisations or companies for fraud protection

(II) Service Providers: We may share your information with service providers, contractors, vendors and/or partners (“service providers”) to help us provide the Applications/s. For example, these service providers may help with email distribution, database management, database hosting, customer support, security, information analysis, market research, building or developing or improving the Application/s and/or features.

(III) Affiliates: If we expand in the future we may share your personal information with affiliates such as subsidiaries, partners, parent company, and/or companies under us. In such cases, we will require they agree to use personal information in line with this Privacy Policy.

(IV) Change of Ownership: In the event that all or portion of our assets goes through acquisition, merger, bankruptcy or other sales, any information that we have collected from users would be one of the assets transferred to or acquired by the third parties. We reserve the right, as part of this type of transaction, to transfer or assign your information and other information we have collected to third parties. This Privacy Policy will continue to apply to your information unless you give consent to a new Privacy Policy.

(V) Analytics Services: We may work with analytics companies to help us understand how the Application/s is being used to improve the Application/s. These Services may collect, store and/or use information for example about the content you view and your system information, geographic information, frequency and duration of use of the Application usage, performance data.

(VI) Aggregated, Non-Identifying Information: We may share such information publicly. But this will not include any personal information

(VII) Testimonials: We may display testimonials that may contain personal information. If you would like your personal information removed from the testimonials displayed, please contact us at goalshi@outlook.com. 
D. Outside Your Country of Residence: The Application/s are budding initial stage start-ups. Hence the Application/s may be hosted with shared hosting providers for example like GoDaddy or Bluehost who may have their servers or databases in different locations in the world. If you choose to use the Application/s your information may be transferred to, processed and/or maintained on such servers or databases. By using the Application/s, you consent to this, and to the use and storage of personal information in accordance with this Privacy Policy. If you do not want your information handled as such please do not use the Application/s. 
E. Security. Although we endeavour to provide reasonable security for information we process and maintain, no practices or security system can guarantee to prevent all possible security breaches. Hence we cannot guarantee the security of any information you transmit on or through the Application/s. You transfer your information to the Application/s at your own risk.  
F. Privacy Policy Changes: We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes to our information practices. If we make any material changes we will notify in this location prior to the change becoming effective. If you continue using the Application/s after the updated Privacy Policy takes effect then your information will be handled in line with the updated Privacy Policy.
